Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed for packaging or dispatch.

Once an order has entered the packaging, manufacturing, or shipping process, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation by Zofanso

Zofanso reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable.

• Pricing or technical errors.

• Payment failure.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

• Incomplete customer information.

• Regulatory restrictions.

If an order is cancelled by Zofanso after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
